Is this sound normal?

She has been making this sound for a week. I noticed a week ago when we arrived home from getting her fowlpox vaccination. Maybe she was making it before and I hadn’t noticed. She is a 15 week Black Australorp. (I don’t think it’s from the vaccination. That’s just when I noticed it).

Edit: I don’t see how to attach a video. It’s a light honking type noise.
