Is this splayed leg

My question is about my little polish baby she dosnt thriving as well. We got these two at the same time from a local feed store that gets its chicks from Ideal. She stands with her leg out and dosnt pick her head up shes trying really hard to keep her balance and she lays down alot in the brooder. I don't want her to get trampled I have her separated with a friend.

Leg looks fine, you may want to give the chicks some Nutri Drench ... Cuties

She is literally half the size of the chickens her same age. I still made her a splint and she is standing right now.
