Is this split wing or angel wing silkie is around 14 weeks old

Hi all, i recently purchased some silkies and the more i look at my rooster the more i worry he has split wing. If you can see from the picture his bottom feathers seem to go over the top and when I feel his wing shape the end part of the wing does point outwards rather than sits smoothly on his body. Please tell me im wrong and hes just going through a scruffy stage
