we have built a hen house that is 12 x 12, with a 12 x 16 yard, 5 laying boxes, and 2 -12 foot roosts we will run about 20 chickens in it, one man said that would just not be large enough, that i would have problems...what do yall think ?? do yall see problems ahead in what we have ??? thank you sandra

Thats plenty of room in the coop about 7sqft/bird. I belive the standard is 4 sqft/bird. The run is pretty close at 9.2sqft/bird should be around 10. Looks like a prettty sweet setup for that many chickens.

your henhouse an run will work fine for the # of hens that you have.
