Is Valbazen working?

One week ago Gracie had her second Valbazen treatment (10 days after the first treatment) for tapeworms. Was looking forward to being able to eat her eggs again next week. BUT this morning I saw live tapes (small) in her poop. Is this normal? Do I need to treat her again? She's a few ounces under 5 lbs and I gave her half a cc each time. I hate those tapes!

I don't think Valbazen treats tapes? It's good for roundworms though. Hmm.

I’m not sure. I’ve never had to treat worms before at least in chickens.

I just saw this thread, thought it might help? I've never had to deal with tapeworms so I don't know anything about it.

Thank you all! I should have known this. I will appropriately note the difference between Valbazen and Equimax in my chicken med box. Thanks so much for helping me.
