Is Water chestnuts & Green Soy beans Okay?

In some Rice Stir Fry (microwaved) there's Water Chestnuts & Green Soy Beans & Red Peppers.... ~* Should I pick them out/not healthy for Ducks? ~**Is" Hot dogs" cut real small okay for them? <<<}Do you know if Chickens also are safe to eat these items? Thanks, Julie

I wouldnt give either....full of salt and not good for the ducks

I have given my chickens a small amt. of uncured hot dog for a treat. they loved it.
