ISA brown with weird feather growth

This is our only ISA brown and her feathers are growing slow and kind of "curly"
She eats and drinks. Shes about 5-6 weeks old now and her body has been growing, but not her feathers. Anyone have any experience with this?

Oh no not at all. We havent really had too much of an issue with anyone being picked on. If anything, she would be more likely to become a bully than the bullied one.
It seems like this is somewhat normal for hybrids. She seems otherwise healthy and none of the other birds have feather loss or slow growth.
