Runt of the Flock

My beautiful Isa Browns are finally laying! 
The eggs are a bit smaller than my "mutts" in the flock but I don't mind, they are still young. I have dark, almost chestnut, small brown eggs. They are such a beautiful brown, I cant get over it! My babies are such funny birds, I went to gather a few eggs from the woods (some haven't learned the use of a nest box) and two Browns followed me, but as soon as I turned around, they froze. Then I would go back to minding my own business, and I could hear the patter of their footprints following me and as soon as I turned around again, they froze! 
It was a cute little game they were playing with me! I love my funny little breakfast-producing-birds!
