I do not have turkeys. I do have Jumbo Brown Coturnix (quail) chicks which are excellent meat and egg birds. They start laying eggs at 6-8 weeks old and are full-grown at 8-10 weeks old (10+ ounces at 8-10 weeks, live weight). They require a much smaller footprint than turkey or chickens. I am in St. Louis.
