Hello! We are in search of a pullet that is old enough to stay in our coop. We cannot do the chick/warmer option right now. We have two hens are are looking for one more since three is our limit in town. We live in Oakley, east bay area of northern California. We have had our coop only since October. I am willing to pay and to drive to pick up. Many places that we've seen online have a minimum order required. I do not know the breeds that we have now (mixed breed from my nephew's flock).

She's pretty! How many hens/roosters do you have? What city are you in? In Oakley, we are limited by our city ordinances to only 3 hens. Here are my two:
Pretty girls! :love San Leandro allows 4, or 10 if you get a special permit. I just want 2 though, so I’m letting a few go. No rooster here (though I hear them all over town anyway).

How big is your coop/run? This is ours before we added the straw/pine bedding and chickens:
