ISO Volunteer/Partner for a little help with my "Live Feed Chicken Poo Bingo Extravaganza."

Hello, I have a project I abandoned some time back that I am ready to give a try. I just need a tiny bit of help on the BYC end with a project manager maybe.
This is a crazy thing I personally experienced yrs ago at a fair and it made a lasting impression.
Presenting-
"Chicken Poo Bingo".
This is what I am currently scheming upon.
Chicken Poo Bingo is a game where there are multi squares laid out on the table and each one has a number on them. Members in ADVANCE, will guess a number that has not been taken yet. After all the numbers have been chosen, the game starts by placing a chicken on the board with all the numbers on it. The chicken walks around for a bit until she or he has to poo. The number it falls on will be the winner. It can also have 2nd and 3rd prizes.

WHAT I INTEND TO DO...
I will start a thread that will begin assigning the numbers to the members id's of whom requested them, on a displayed master list. Once the numbers are all selected, A LIVE FEED VIDEO "DATE AND TIME WILL BE ANNOUNCED".
Our Bingo table will have a video camera mounted above it, looking down at the numbers for everyone watching will witness the winning numbers take place... all while live! After the live feed ends and we know who the winners are, the video automatically goes to watch again mode. The video will remain for review after the live feed is complete.
I would like help with some kind of insensitive prizes, 1st, 2nd & 3rd maybe. You don't have to be present to win, as long as you picked the pooped on number.
Also need help with moderating the tread & interacting with some for the members of BYC that are responding to the bingo thread.
We will begin construction on the game board as soon as I confirm a little assistance and receive blessing for the project to go forward.
This is going to be a first... CYBER CHICKEN POO BINGO. We are pioneers I tell ya!

It is something to witness for sure.
My/our version will have a web cam centered above. Live casting a feed of the event. Most likely 3 chickens will be used since there are 3 winners, plus it will speed up the waiting for the poop drop time lol. Everything is up in the air at the moment. All materials to make the board are already here so it is of no cost. This will be something to remember. If it taken well with the community, scheduling a 2nd or 3rd would be no problem since the set up is always ready.

Well, It appears that in order for me to "live stream" on Youtube, I must have at least 50 subscribers to enable the feature. I have started the process. But only need to build up subs to complete the qualification process.
I currently have 20 something subscribers on YouTube. I have to double my subs obviously.
I'm still working on making this happen. Where their is a will. there is a way.
