Isolation Cage

Does anybody know how to build a isolation cage to put sick chickens in. To keep them from contaminating the rest of the flock.

I just bring them into my basement and put them in an extra dog crate. I also have a large bird cage I use for sick chickens.

Thanks. But can the diesese spread through me, my clothes, etc.
