My very first hen is sick! She is being medicated now and I have ti isolate hr now. but the thing is,that they walk free in the garden. Would it be a bad idea to lock hr in the run?and let them sleep together? She hates being locked in. Or should I put up some fence in the garden isolating her?
any good ideas? This is the first time for me :/

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Isolation is important so that the hen isn't bullied and the other chickens don't get sick. I would get a medium to large dog crate, line it with a towel or some hay, and place her in it. Cover half the top or the whole top with a towel or blanket so she feels safe. This can be kept warm, the food medicated (if needed), and the water clean.
This can be put indoors, in the basement, in a shed, or on a porch. The garage can be used, but fumes are dangerous for birds.

I hope she gets better soon!
