Issues changing from layer crumb to layer pellet?

I have one hen with a pale comb and weight loss. The only change I made was switching from crumb to pellets. Should I supply both crumb and pellet?

When you switched crumbles to pellets, did you start with a mix of crumbles and pellets then slowly take away the crumble? Or did you go crumble to immediately pellets?

I did it gradually a couple months ago. I've dewormed everyone, no parasites or feather loss. The weather here has turned from sunny warm fall days to gloomy, cold, rainy blah❄

Gradually changing was a good move.
My flock prefers crumble over pellets. I tell them they are too picky but then again, I'm the one that keeps buying the crumble.

They seemed to waste so much of the crumb that is why I switched.

I use a PVC pipe that goes into a tray. If there is feed in the ground, I wait a little but until they clean some up before refilling the PVC.

Do you think this could cause the weight loss and pale comb?

Does she appear to be eating and drinking? If you switched that long ago I do not believe the food form is the issue. Have you checked your coop and birds thoroughly for mites? Any other symptoms? Is she breathing ok? Discharge from the eyes or nose?
