It’s cold

hi so I have 4 ducks and they all go out side in the morning but today it’s 33*F is snowing and it’s supposed to stay that way all day.
I’ve had them out when it’s snowing they usually cozy in the hay. they seem to enjoy it but I’m wondering if it’s not the best for them.
it’s not my first time having ducks in the winter, but it’s my first time having four. Help would be appreciated.

I would say if they are not showing any signs of being cold and have a place to get warmed up and to be with all of their buddies they should be fine.
They will probably be playing in the snow when it gets all slushy!
I know my ducks do!! lol

Give them access to their enclosed coop so if they choose to get out of the weather they can. My ducks will go inside for a while and then come back out. They have even taught my Muscovy to do this.

My ducks behave normally until 20f, after that it's tucking in feet and huddling. I started with 4 and the first winter I and kept them in the coop when they started acting cold. Last winter was record low temps and I let the birds choose. All day, every day they'd go out and everyone was fine. As chickens105 said, they love the slush and playing with ice.
