Italian quail vs Jumbo Quail?

is it just the size difference? are their temperaments the same? same grow out rate/speed? egg production?
or just over all color thing?
been looking around, haven't really found answers to my particular questions.

Italian refers to the color and jumbo to the size. I have seen jumbo Italians locally but most colors haven't been bred into a jumbo line yet so you will primarily find jumbo white (A&M) and pharaoh online.
