I have been hearing of mites and etc... I notice my chickens "itch"under their wings with their beaks. Its every once in awhie I was just making sure they didnt have any mites/etc...
 
Chickens just scratch sometimes. I wouldn't worry if you don't see anything and if their skin is not flaking.
