Its been 3 and a half days and no veining :( Should I be worries?

I have some pheasant eggs in my incubator and it has been three and a half days and I don't see anything happening. I'm starting to get nervous because I have some bantam eggs in there with them and you can already clearly see them veining.
 
It MAY be that different species incubate differently. I'd give them a week then start looking for possible problems
 
pheasant eggs take a couple days longer to hatch than chickens so they dont grow in the egg as quickly....plus pheasant eggs are very dark...i would not worries
