I like to check out BYC from time to time, but Ive been on a long hiatus. Wanted to post here to see if anyone around San Antonio has any marans? Im wanting to add some chocolate eggs to my flock!

I currently have a nice flock of sex links, barred rocks, orphs, americanas...another coop with seramas, and lastly my polish. Id *really* love some marans, but cant find them anywhere. I really would prefer not to incubate...so chicks, or even older birds are ok too.

Ideas? Thoughts?

If you don't need show quality then you can order online at many hatcheries meyer hatchery has a min of three, you can look around for hatcheries in your area or across the U.S.
