My chicks were due to hatch on Saturday. The first one pipped late Saturday night but didn't actually hatch till 3:00 pm sunday afternoon. The next few hours two more hatched. Then three hatched over night.

1. I still have three pipped eggs in the incubator, how much time should I give them?

2. I have not opened the incubator at all since day 17. The chicks in there are not completly dry, not even the first that hatched 16 hours ago. But all the chicks are walking all over each other and the remaining eggs so they look strong.

3. There is one chick that looks like is has problems lifting his head. His neck is bent funny. He can lift it but it looks like a lot of effort, the other chicks don't have that issue.

i would take the chicks that hatched out of incubator. it will keep them from walking and kicking the other eggs around. dont worry about humidity too much just take them out as quickly as you can. also its hard for them to dry out sometimes in the incubator because it is so moist in there. once the baby chicks are out watch to see if the remaining eggs are rocking back and forth. they should hatch soon. what kind of chicks are they?
