It's like a word math problem

How long will it take mommy to get the house back up and "running" smoothly after mommy has had the flu for a week?

My dh has been wonderful about helping out. He has made dinner, put the kid to bed, done the dishes etc while i was sick in bed. But the laundry wasnt able to be done. Since we line dry and he leaves for work before 730 and gets home after 8. So now I have laundry going.
And since I had the flu the school made me keep my dd home all week as well. And since she was sick like I was, the house looks like a hurricane went through it. Little bit at a time. The lawn got done yesterday. Along with the dog poo pick up.

And we got the pool going yesterday.
But I still lost a week of cleaning/pick up/work(no paycheck because of the flu) etc.
I feel better, which is great since good ole mother nature is on time.

I cant imagine the flu AND the flo at the same time.

I feel for you. It's a never ending battle us moms face. Good luck with it and don't wear yourself out. Life is to short to worry over these things.

I am sorry you were sick, that is always bad when you have little kids, but you will get it back together soon. Hope nobody else gets sick. Take an extra day off work!

How about just being lazy for two days straight and waking up on Monday looking around saying "Oh Dear!"
