Its the Day 21 + 5 And the hen still not hatching eggs.

I had 21 eggs out of them one egg was eaten by hen. Now is the day number 26 and eggs are still not hatched by the hen. She is still sitting on eggs. Yesterday I broke one egg and a baby hatched successfully and accepted by the hen happily. She now have company,but I'm worried why haven't ANY of them hatched by the hen. Remaining 19 eggs have 2 duck eggs. What should I do?

On day 28, my experienced cousin came, he lifted one egg at a time, shaked it near his ear and throw it in basket, all eggs were such that their yolk was mixed with the white. So at the end of so much patience by her and me She is with a single chick. What could have gone wrong, Eggs were ferilized as I have 2 rosters and two hens only. My cousin saying its all because of inexperience of the hen and sound of sever lightning (3 - 4 times).
