Ive never seen Bantams !!!

I have reg size hens..want to get Batams next spring .....does anybody have a pic of them next to reg size hens ?!?!???!? Im Trying to picture how different the size is !!!!

Thank you. Some bantams are even smaller that that d'uccle. If I get time tomorrow, I will take a pic of a smaller one next to a standard.
 
I dont have pics but a male orpington is say 9 pounds and a bantam male is 2.2 pounds.

A male cochin is 8 pounds and a bantam is 1.6 pounds.

I would say the D Uccle is about medium for size wize of the bantams but IMO one of the prettiest bantams

If you could get that book extraordinary chickens at the library they take some pics like that it is really amazing when you go to the extremes
 
Bantams are usually 1/2 to 1/4 the size of their standard counterpart. Bantams are different in proportions in that their heads wings and other body parts are larger. Some breeds of batams are true in that they have no standard counterpart (I like true bantams better). All standard chickens have a bantam counterpart (except the Asil and possibly some others). I know you asked a wieght question but I gave you some more detail on bantams. Hope this helped.
