Ivermectin or permethrin? For mites.

I want to info if I should use Ivermectin or permethrin for my chickens relentless mite problem. They have these mites that are gray white and only stay in the skin. But recently the mites aren’t so gray they are more of a bright red color! I have done permethrin spray on all the walls of the coop but that is literally nothing. So I wanted your opinion on the matter. Please help. I want something that works fast and efficient. I don’t really care how long the withdrawal time is.

Permethrin is used to spray the bodies of the chicken once every 4-7 days for lice and mites. That will get the bugs as they hatch, before they can reproduce. Are you mixing it according to label directions?

Yes we followed the label. We get permethrin 10, if is 10%.
