ivermectin paste

ok, I found the Ivermectin in the paste form in a syringe. Can I just put some on the back of her neck and hope it get absorbed? I'm trying to treat internal worms. What do y'all think?

I think you take a bb size ball of it and feed it to then, but do a quick search on it to be sure.

ETA: I'm sure you can't use it like the pour on, just not sure of the dosage orally.
