Hi my broody hatched 6 eggs by today 2 eggs left so I removed them as they felt cool broke them not fertilised so no problem
I need to transfer her and chicks to a bigger coop when is the best time ?

I would wait a couple days until the chicks are at least a couple days old. And when you do move momma, I would confine her for a day or two so she doesn't try to run off without the chicks.

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! Congratulations on the successful hatch! X2, if she and the chicks are in a secure place, you can wait a few days to move them, the hens usually don't go very far the first day or two anyhow.

Yes I would also confine them for a few days. That way they can bond with mama and each other without be bothered by other chickens or predators.
 
Momma very protective so when I have opportunity I'll post pic but here's one showing 3 the others are under her
