Jap quail eggs 16 days

hey guys when i arrived from work 2 hours ago, now i can see the bic the legs the egg is almost broked i think its soon right?

still waiting 6 hours now with the egg all cracked but no hatch

one of them born very fast the other one is still stucked when this one gets dry i will help the other one

well 1 born the one that was stuck i helped but his fingers are boiled i had to drown him and the other was dead in the egg and 1 more egg that im waiting to hatch or no im going to wait 2 more days

When one stays in the shell along time, and is slow hatching, it's toes will often be curled... About 80% of the time, this will fix its self in a day or so.... Good luck with your birds...

so now i have one chick alive and another in the egg what do you recomend leave the chick that is alive in the incubator and wait until tomorrow same hour like (24H) to the other one hatch or ....???

Id get the chick I have in a brooder with food and water soon. give the other egg awhile longer... Do I understand you set 4 eggs? Bill

yeah can i leave the chick this day with the egg in the incubator she can live without food and water until the end of the day right?
