Japanese bantam? Serama? What are these?

I was given 4 little chickens by neighbors and have no clue what they are. Any ideas?

Red roo (1st picture)- Serama

B&W roo(2nd picture)- A cross of some sort I think?

White roo- OEGB?

Buff hen- Black Tailed Buff Japanese Bantam
