Japanese Bearded Silkies???

I was gonna buy some bearded white silkies, but the guy said they were japanese silkies, what is the difference?

There isn't a difference. That is just where the breed originated long ago!

He is wanting $30.00 for 4, I asked him if he would take $20.00, he said no because they are japanese silkies, so he must be saying that so he wouldn't have to take less money, which os ok just had to ask. Thanks

I figured that is why he said that.. But not knowing him, I didn't want to jump to conclusions on an open forum. But regardless, $30 for 4 isn't a bad price unless they are just on the low end of even being pet quality.

I paid $40 each for PQ silkies, so $30 for 4 (even if they are bad quality) isn't a bad price at all.
