I have 13 Plymouth rock hens almost full grown. I put 2 Japenese Samoan Roosters full grown in with Free Range Hens. When I went to lock them up for the night, 1 hen is missing, no feathers around. Will this type of Roosters hurt my hens? The Roosters chase them and the hens seem to be terrified. Will this type of Roosters hurt my hens?

Hard to say what happened.
So the hens are one year old?
Did you just add the cocks with out any introduction time?
Missing hen may be hiding and will come back, especially if you crate the the cocks.
