Jaw Problem with 3 week old chick

Not sure what to do with or for this chick. She was fine and healthy as a day old chick but as time goes on her jaw is getting worse and her top beak looks larger than it should be. Does it look that way to you? She seems to be able to eat and drink Ok but it looks like the food is collecting around her eye... we cleaned it tonight and it looks better but seems like that might become a full time job. I wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions, thoughts or ideas? Anyone else have an older bird that has done ok with this? What would you do?

If it was me I would keep her as long as she can eat. I never seen that so I dunno but I wouldn't give up on her if it was me.
