Jax woke me up super early this morning

Note: 8:30 AM is "super early" to me, especially when I didn't go to sleep until after 4.

I tried to ignore him, but he was insistent. I was sure he really must have had to go out to potty bad, but that's not it.
He's looking for the grandson everywhere. DSD and grandson left for home yesterday after a week's visit.

Jax keeps looking everywhere for him. When he finishes his pacing in the house, he begs to go out and looks everywhere outside.

He's a smart puppy. I hope he figures this out soon, cuz he's wearing me out.

He stopped for awhile, now DH just left for work, so Jax is back to pacing the floors.
I'm fixin to put him down for a nap.
See Maple, another reason why puppies are better than human tricycle motors. You can put a puppy in his crate for a nap and expect him to stay there.
