Hi! I recently moved to a farm that had a small free-range flock, and then I was offered the last two free range hens from another flock that got marauded by bloodthirsty raccoons. Perfect! The farm flock had recently lost 2 to predators, so I could use these two to replenish it. So, now that I have 2 hens of my very own, I need advice. And that's why I'm here! Now, off I go to find out how to get my 2 hens to lay their eggs in the coop, and return there at night without being physically placed in there. I can't confine them to the coop for a week as advised because the rest of the flock come and go from it all day. I'm excited to explore these forums and find some answers. Bye for now!
