Jersey Giant maturity

This is my super cute Jersey giant (sorry its a little fuzzy) her name is Spencer (I know Spencer is a boy name lol but I like it)

I wanted to now, how long does it take for them to mature, I have 2 (Marcus and spencer) I heard they get big, but its been some months now and there no bigger then the other hens?
