Joined Banty Bandwagon (pic heavy)

I tried to resist even walking past the chicks at the feed store, but you can see how my willpower sucks. I couldn't resist these itty bitty chicks, but am now left wondering that they are. Help?

The sign said "Straight Run Rare Breed and Banty." Of course the worker had no clue, but said these were the only chicks that came in. Not sure if they meant they are rare, or they are Banty, or both.

i think the ones with feathered feet are cochins, but i'm no expert.
