Joining our two "mini " flocks... Advice?

I have 2 white plymouth rocks that are about 17 weeks old and 6 assorted 13 week olds... The 13 week olds are in the coop and the 17 week olds are in an Eglu. I have put the run of the Eglu into the run of the coop... where I want them all to be. So I put them in the run during the day and into the Eglu at night and I've been doing that for about a week. I am just wondering if there is anything else I should do or how much longer I should wait to introduce.

P.S one of the 13 week olds in a rooster... Just want to know if that changes anything

They should be fine in the same run now, but keep an eye on them just in case.
