Journey to Backyard chickens

Which is better? To start a thread, an article, or something else to post my journey at raising my little chicks. Sort of like a journal or diary or blog. To keep up with what is going on every week or day or month so I can look back on it and so other people can view my journey too. Does any one have any suggestions?

Some people like to do it as an article in the learning center by setting up a "my chickens" page. Others like to start a thread in the "pictures and stories of my chickens" part of the forum. You would probably get more comments if you start a thread. People who frequent that part of the forum like me love chicken photos!
