Jumbo Cornish Cross X Rhode Island Red

Has anyone ever crossed a Jumbo Cornish Cross with a Rhode Island Red? Or a Jumbo Cornish Cross with anything else? I'm wondering if the RIR would increase the mortality rate given that the Jumbo Cornish Crosses have inherit problems.

One of my first cocks was a Cornish Cross, but he had some red coloration in his wings. Red and white are both dominant feather genes, I believe, so it makes sense if it was a CC/RIR. He lived about one year, so the meat-bird genes would be dominant. Here's a pic:

Yeah, but he was a very aggressive rooster though. Weighed about 20 lbs.
