Jumbo Eggs

What is considered a realy Big Chicken egg?

I got one today that weighed 3.07 oz from one of my New Hampshire's

That's a quite the egg....bigger than Jumbo

These are USDA standard sizes & weights:

Size Minimum net weight per dozen
Jumbo 30 ounces (2.5 oz each)
Extra Large 27 ounces (2.25 oz each)
Large 24 ounces (2.0 oz each)
Medium 21 ounces (1.75 oz each)
Small 18 ounces (1.5 oz each)
Peewee 15 ounces (1.25 oz each)
