Can these birds breed and produce fertile eggs?

yes, they are not like the broad breasted turkeys. not sure you could get your hands on them for AI anyway

French Guinea Fowl are the ones that have issues breeding and need to be AI'd to reproduce successfully (Artificially Inseminated), but Jumbos are said to be able to breed/reproduce naturally if they are allowed to free range.
