Hi. i'm taking broilers to my county fair this year. this is my first year doing this. i have just a few questions on how to raise them
1. what should i have their feeding schedule set as throughout their life or should i just make sure they always have food
2. what is the appropriate age to get them outside or should i just wait until they are mainly feathered
3. what is the approximate weight i should have then at.

What are your broilers exactly?

I'm assuming Cornish Cross. DO NOT FEED THEM HIGH PROTEIN FEEDS. Make sure to feed them less than you would layers. Allow them to free range. If you keep them with heritage breeds they will take foraging traits from them.
