Just a rant...biggest predator and pest of all....people

Thankfully the township said we were allowed to put speed bumps out. They just have to be specific types.

That's good. Fortunately, we moved away from there and now live in a very different and rural area. But I really think my husband may have made good on those threats. And the neighbors were on board too. The city council just didn't care.

A few years ago a neighbor, about 20 years old, would drive on our gravel road like a bat out of Hell. Dead pheasant, dead Rhode Island Red, dead ducks, dead cats littering the road.

One night I was woke up by flashing lights in my bedroom window. They were coming from the end of my pasture. It took me awhile to realize that it was a helicopter. It turned out that my young neighbor wrapped his car around a large old maple tree in front of his house. I felt bad for him, he was just an angry young man. He lived. He has permanent damage to his legs but he can walk.

So, I stopped being angry at the bad driving and started praying for people with that much anger.
