I have a house chicken and she has been eating a lot of bread. Can you feed to much bread to a chicken? She also eats layer pellets and dog food. She loves to eat anything....thank all!

A little bread is fine, but you want to make sure at least 75% of her diet is from her nutritionally balance pellets. If you love giving you chicken treats (which I love to do) try to give them in really small pieces.

Here is a link to a treat chart with some other treat ideas that may be more healthy than bread but generally should still be only a small part of the over all diet:https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/chicken-treat-chart-the-best-treats-for-backyard-chickens

Just as my son tries to eat too many treats, he wants to give too many to the chickens, too. Lol. I have to hide e leftover bread and sunflower seeds!
