It's a four board outdoor horse stall, the peeps struggle up there by flying zig zag across gaining altitude each pass. It's fun to watch them get to their mama. They are about two weeks old.

That is absolutely adorable!! I probably would've missed the chicks if you hadn't pointed them out--would have been a lovely picture anyway, but those little fluffballs perched up there really push it over the edge for cuteness!!

She is their mama.

These peeps are the results of a second clutch she laid.

The first one she abandoned (I think I scared her off by bringing her food, water, taking pictures, generally getting too excited) so I bought an incubator and hatched out 2 of the 6 eggs from her first clutch.


When I saw her sitting on more eggs, I left her alone this time.
