Just a wondering about the appearance of one chick

Not exactly sure what breed these guys are - some are red, some have brown stripes.

Anyway, we're approaching the approximately 4 week mark (some are younger than we were told, different hatch batch) and while everyone else is starting to look "chickeny", this one looks more like a prairie chicken - skinny, long, fiesty as heck. I checked - she's eating as much as the others.

Any ideas?

Sounds healthy from your description. Are you trying to determine the breed?
