I have three of those, I love 'em so much. Any questions you have, you can ask me and if I don't know, I'll point you in the right direction (I hope). They are practically plug n' play easy, often referred to as "Stupid Proof."

The ONLY issues I have found are when it comes time to replace the flexible tubing on the humidity pump because there's crud built up (if you don't use distilled water) in them, and you have to cut the tubing absolutely the correct length, or the humidity pump won't pump properly. I've had several hatches and forgot to use distilled water; used filtered tap (well) water - you know, with a Britta pitcher filter - and crud still built up.

But that's a few hatches into your future, yet.

Luv mine too. I buy a gallon of distilled water and keep it beside the incubator so that it is right there in front of my face. That way I just grab the jug, pour it into the pump and its done.
