That's a cluster of maggots, I'd check your hens vents very closely.

Yeah I went out and checked all the butts and there was no signs of maggots. I totally tossed it in the field but it looked like it was all connected in there and nothing was moving

I magnified the blob. It appears to be tubular intestinal lining encased in mucus.
If it were maggots, there would be noticeable movement in the blob.
@Ayu Did you see any movement within the blob?
Yeah nothing moving in it at all and all my chickens are acting totally normal they didn't like the butt check though lol. I bet you're right on that , I've I've seen something like that once before but it wasn't incased like that

Consider getting your birds started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution for 5 days. Dosage is 9.5ml per gallon of water. Make it fresh daily and dont add anything to the mixture. Dont give your birds anything containing thiamine during treatment.
Then worm all your birds with Valbazen. Use a syringe without a needle and dose each bird 1/2ml orally. Repeat dosing in 10 days. It's best to worm each bird early in the morning when it's dark while they are roosting. Withhold feeding them for a couple of hours after worming them. Water is okay.
