Just curious re egg colour change

I am mearly posting for curiosity. I have a lovely brown hen who always lays brown eggs. The other hens lay white coloured. Recently she is laying more white than brown. She is about 1.5 yrs old. Is this common for egg colour to change?
I assume the egg I point at is here, but before easy much browner and obvious. My 4 yr old decorated bowl today...

I should say they were all brown, now speckled

The brown coating can vary and can also become more pale as the laying season progresses.
So she's about 18 months old, has she molted?
Darker brown coating should return when she starts laying again after a molt.
