Just Curious...

I recently purchased some new chicks and placed them in a chicken truck within my coop. Next thing I know one of my hens goes broody.
Coincidence or did the chicks being within the coop give her incentive to go broody?

I wish I knew of some truth to it all-I'd be putting chicks all over my place trying to get alot of my hens to go broody!

My bators are on their last incubation for the season and I depend on broodies for the Summer to finish up my hatching and raising and I only have 1 right now-a bantam

Im hoping to fnd 2-3 broody hens when my chicks are due to hatch this week. Nothing like giving them instant gratification!!! hahaha
