Just discovered an unexpected benefit of high grade dog food!

My sheep don't eat it! I can put food out for the dogs (livestock guardian dogs) and the sheep are not interested. They actually sniffed it and walked away. I am guessing it smells like meat instead of grain so they don't like it. Now if I could just teach the dogs to leave the sheep food alone, it would be a perfect world.

so far, my goats eat everything I've tried...

I am feeding 4-health from Tractor Supply. I think it's similar to Kirkland's from costco. I hope it works for you too, but I think goats may be a little less picky about their diet.
